Πολιτική επιστροφών εάν αγοραστεί απευθείας από το RimpactMTB.com
Η πολιτική μας διαρκεί 30 ημέρες. Εάν έχουν περάσει 30 ημέρες από την αγορά σας, δυστυχώς δεν μπορούμε να σας προσφέρουμε επιστροφή χρημάτων ή ανταλλαγή, αλλά επικοινωνήστε ανεξάρτητα για να συζητήσουμε.
Για να δικαιούστε επιστροφή, το προϊόν σας πρέπει να είναι αχρησιμοποίητο και στην ίδια κατάσταση που το παραλάβατε. Πρέπει επίσης να βρίσκεται στην αρχική συσκευασία. Για να ολοκληρώσουμε την επιστροφή σας, χρειαζόμαστε απόδειξη ή απόδειξη αγοράς. Υπάρχουν ορισμένες περιπτώσεις όπου χορηγούνται μόνο μερικές επιστροφές χρημάτων: (εφόσον υπάρχουν)
* Εμφανή σημάδια χρήσης
* Οποιοδήποτε αντικείμενο δεν είναι στην αρχική του κατάσταση, είναι κατεστραμμένο ή λείπουν εξαρτήματα για λόγους που δεν οφείλονται σε λάθος μας.
* Οποιοδήποτε είδος επιστρέφεται περισσότερες από 30 ημέρες μετά την παράδοση
Επιστροφές χρημάτων όταν αγοράζονται μέσω του RimpactMTB.com (εάν υπάρχει)
Μόλις ληφθεί και επιθεωρηθεί η επιστροφή σας, θα σας στείλουμε ένα email για να σας ειδοποιήσουμε ότι λάβαμε το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν. Θα σας ειδοποιήσουμε επίσης για την έγκριση ή την απόρριψη της επιστροφής χρημάτων σας.
Εάν εγκριθείτε, τότε η επιστροφή χρημάτων θα διεκπεραιωθεί και μια πίστωση θα εφαρμοστεί αυτόματα στην πιστωτική σας κάρτα ή στην αρχική μέθοδο πληρωμής, εντός 7-10 εργάσιμων ημερών.
Καθυστερημένες ή μη επιστροφές χρημάτων:
Εάν δεν έχετε λάβει ακόμη επιστροφή χρημάτων, ελέγξτε πρώτα ξανά τον τραπεζικό σας λογαριασμό.
Στη συνέχεια, επικοινωνήστε με την εταιρεία της πιστωτικής σας κάρτας, μπορεί να χρειαστεί λίγος χρόνος μέχρι να δημοσιευτεί επίσημα η επιστροφή χρημάτων.
Στη συνέχεια, επικοινωνήστε με την τράπεζά σας. Υπάρχει συχνά κάποιος χρόνος επεξεργασίας πριν από τη δημοσίευση μιας επιστροφής χρημάτων.
Εάν τα έχετε κάνει όλα αυτά και δεν έχετε λάβει ακόμη την επιστροφή χρημάτων, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας στο customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Ανταλλαγές :
Αντικαθιστούμε αντικείμενα μόνο εάν είναι ελαττωματικά ή κατεστραμμένα. Εάν πρέπει να το ανταλλάξετε με το ίδιο προϊόν, στείλτε μας ένα email στη διεύθυνση customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Αποστολή :
Για να επιστρέψετε το προϊόν σας, επικοινωνήστε με customerservice@rimpactmtb.com για αναφορά επιστροφών και διεύθυνση ταχυδρομείου.
Θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για την πληρωμή των δικών σας εξόδων αποστολής για την επιστροφή του αντικειμένου σας. Τα έξοδα αποστολής δεν επιστρέφονται. Εάν λάβετε επιστροφή χρημάτων, το κόστος αποστολής επιστροφής θα αφαιρεθεί από την επιστροφή χρημάτων. Ανάλογα με το πού ζείτε, ο χρόνος που μπορεί να χρειαστεί για να φτάσει το προϊόν που ανταλλάξατε μπορεί να διαφέρει. Εάν στέλνετε ένα αντικείμενο άνω των 75 £, θα πρέπει να εξετάσετε το ενδεχόμενο να χρησιμοποιήσετε μια ανιχνεύσιμη υπηρεσία αποστολής ή να αγοράσετε ασφάλεια αποστολής. Δεν εγγυόμαστε ότι θα λάβουμε το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν σας.
Εγγύηση:
Εάν πιστεύετε ότι το αντικείμενο έχει αποτύχει πρόωρα ή είναι ελαττωματικό κατά την παραλαβή και θέλετε να διαβάσετε μια αξίωση εγγύησης, επικοινωνήστε με customerservice@rimpactmtb.com και ενημερώστε μας. Για περιπτώσεις όπου το προϊόν αγοράστηκε μέσω εγκεκριμένου πωλητή λιανικής – επικοινωνήστε με τον πωλητή λιανικής ως πρώτο σημείο κλήσης. Στη συνέχεια, ο πωλητής λιανικής θα επικοινωνήσει απευθείας με τη Rimpact στο customerservice @rimpactmtb.com και θα περιμένει οδηγίες.

Επιστροφές χρημάτων όταν αγοράζονται από εγκεκριμένο κατάστημα Rimpact:
Όταν αγοράζεται από εγκεκριμένο Rimpact Stockist, ανατρέξτε στους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις που εμφανίζονται από τον πωλητή λιανικής. Όλες οι επιστροφές χρημάτων θα διεκπεραιώνονται κατά την κρίση του λιανοπωλητή, η Rimpact Components LTD δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για την αποδοχή ή την άρνηση επιστροφής χρημάτων από τον πωλητή λιανικής.
